- TDEE: Short for Total Daily Energy Expenditure. Calculate how many calories you burn each day. Figure out how many calories you need to consume in order to gain weight or lose weight.
- Life Fasting: Keep track of your fasting length and see what happens inside your body at different time frames

- Sleep Cycle: Track and analyze your sleep + wake up during light sleep phase to avoid morning grogginess
