    • TDEE: Short for Total Daily Energy Expenditure. Calculate how many calories you burn each day. Figure out how many calories you need to consume in order to gain weight or lose weight.
    • Life Fasting: Keep track of your fasting length and see what happens inside your body at different time frames

    • Dminder: Track how much sunlight exposure you need daily and best times based on your skin pigmentation and location

    • F.lux: Adjusts your computer display’s color temperature for better eye and sleep health in the evenings.
    • Twilight (Android) / Night Shift (iPhone): Adjusts your phone display’s color temperature for better eye and sleep health in the evenings.
    • Sleep Cycle: Track and analyze your sleep + wake up during light sleep phase to avoid morning grogginess
